The rate for a jump start is for up to 3 attempt(s) for whether the vehicle starts or not. Dolly Tow Services require a vehicle that can be safely towed with two of 4 wheels rolling in neutral, and private Insurance must be active on the vehicle. Dolly tow services are a flat rate fee of $45.00 plus $5.00 per mile. This rate is applicable for the following communities: Seward, Bear Creek, Lowell Point, and SMIC. Primrose, Exit Glacier, Moose Pass, and Crown Point are a $65.00 flat rate fee plus $5.00 per mile.. Please note, this rate does not include gratuity.
